Very Important Workshop Information
Workshops are currently in full swing and there will be more events
posted in the upcoming weeks. PRE- REGISTRATION is required for
all workshops. These workshops will be closed for registration once
they reach room capacity. Each individual attendee must bring their
confirmation sheet at the time of registration.
There are 2 options for a valid registration; providers can either
complete the registration process online or by mailing the
registration form. Online registration is recommended due to the
limited seating at each site. This will help to ensure that you are
registering for a workshop that has seats available. When registering
online, confirmations should be printed from the confirmation page
after clicking “submit” during the online registration process. A
confirmation sheet is required for each attendee. Registrations mailed
in will have confirmations emailed, faxed or sent through the U.S.
Postal system.
At registration, the sign-in sheets will include names of all
pre-registered participants. All reservations not claimed at least
five (5) minutes before start time, are subject to cancellation and
loss of a confirmed seat. Individuals not listed on the sign-in
sheets will be considered not pre-registered. At the door registration
will be permitted only if space is available at 5 minutes prior to
start and will not be allowed until all pre-registered participants
have signed in.
